The Russian invasion forces continue concentrating their main efforts in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Maryinka directions, where 22 firefights occurred in the past day.
That’s according to an operational update by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
“In total, over the past day, the enemy launched four missile strikes. An S-300 missile hit a dam in the Karlivka area of Donetsk region. As a result, there is a high threat of flooding in relation to other nearby settlements. In addition, the enemy carried out 55 air strikes. In particular, 36 Iranian-made Shahed attack UAVs were employed – all these air targets were destroyed. Nineteen attacks involving multiple rocket launchers were also recorded,” the statement reads.
