保留綠意反映歷史 新加坡蔡厝港兩預購組屋10月推出

新加坡建屋發展局即將推出兩個蔡厝港的預購組屋項目,讓居民能與鐵道走廊和綠地為鄰。這兩個項目分別取名Rail Green I @ CCK和Rail Green II @ CCK,凸顯它們緊挨著鐵道走廊的地點特色,將在本月初的預購組屋銷售活動中推出,等候時間為三年零三個月至四年。根據建屋局網站的資料,這兩個項目將有1870個單位供申購,包括二房式靈活單位、三房式、四房式、五房式,以及三代同堂(3Gen)單位。

美國14歲男高中生近期挑戰吃下1片號稱使用「地球最辣的辣椒」製成薯片,未料吃完引發胃部絞痛,隨後突然暈倒緊急送醫仍不治。綜合外媒報導,社群平台Tiktok近期出現一波「死神薯片挑戰」(One Chip Challenge)風潮,挑戰者會吃下1片用地球上最辣的辣椒「卡羅萊納死神」(Carolina Reaper)製成薯片,並分享吃完感想。來自麻薩諸塞州14歲高二男學生沃洛巴(Harris Wolobah)當地時間1日在學校嘗試吃了1片死神玉米薯片,剛吃完就開始胃痛前往保健室休息,隨後請假回家休憩後狀況一度好轉,孰料當日下午4點30分忽然昏倒在地,家屬見狀緊急送醫卻仍不治。

據《衛報》報導,卡羅萊納死神椒達到164萬史高維爾辣度單位,相比之下墨西哥辣椒的辣度只有2500到8000左右,從金氏世界紀錄「X」平台上的影片可以看到,傑克在挑戰時戴著手套,背後還吹著電風扇,狼吞虎嚥地吃下死神椒。傑克透露,第一個辣椒是最難受的,因為最初的辣味衝擊超強烈,接下來的雖然沒那麼糟糕,但隨著死神椒碰觸到口腔裡各個地方,就會有越來越辣的感覺。
